eRad is a business information system designed for business organizations to track and control the working hours of their employees. The system provides different access rights depending on the role of users in the system. The user through the system can:

  • define the structure of the company
  • add the workers and join them with the appropriate organizational units
  • define shifts for business units
  • define calendar template on organization level

The system supports time-stamping by the type of absence and also easy and fast filtering for workers for a specific type of timeout. After working time records, the user has the ability to create a PDF report individually for the worker (basic and detailed view) within the defined time period, as well as the ability to create reports per organizational unit for a specific time period.

SportSport

In the project for SportSport.ba we made native-mobile application for iOS, which uses the services of the same name of the most widely read web portal for sports news in BiH.The application provides an overview of news from various categories and sports, table, results, live transmission of matches and the like. Both mobile applications (Android & iOS) are designed / engineered to have a dynamic behavior in terms of advertising, category news, push notifications, video formats within the news and and it offers full control through the admin interface on the web portal.

The application works in 2 modes: online and offline with cached data. In-app ads may appear in multiple locations, and may be of a different type. The news categories that can appear in the app as well as tags are determined by the API that serves the data. Push notifications are tied to the rest of the system and the release of headline news from the sports world. News like a structure can contain multiple types of multimedia content and provide complete information about the event to end-users. This way, users are always up-to-date with the latest information through their favorite devices.

What is a Loyalty Program?

The loyalty program is a marketing strategy designed to encourage customers to continue to buy your products or use the services of your business. In practice there are a number of embodiments of loyalty programs that offer customers various options and prize schemes. In the retail business loyalty cards are particularly represented in the form of plastic cards visually similar to credit cards that are used for holder identification as a member of the loyalty program. Loyalty cards usually have unique identifier of the card holder such as EAN code, magnetic stripe or RFID chip that can be easily read at retail outlets. By using loyalty cards, customers can usually get a discount on current purchase, or collect points that can be used for future purchases. Loyalty cards can also be considered as one form of virtual currency because prize points can be exchanged for goods or services, and in some cases back to cash.

Through this application, you can create your own loyalty programs, define the scale and credit conditions, store information about your users, monitor and manage transactions, create statistical and analytical examinations, etc.

All technical and software prerequisites for the beginning of realization of EuroBiT loyalty program are already implemented in your existing business information system. There is no need for any additional investment from the point of view of equipment, software licenses, or infrastructure. All you have to do is decide when to begin with the implementation. All other marketing and activities related to the start of implementation of loyalty program (acquisition of cards, printing, advertising, etc.) can be organized independently by your preferences or with our help.

We have designed and developed such a loyalty program that you can independently implement it, where you are the holder of loyalty program and owner of consumer cards and liable for credit points given to customers, but it's also possible that you share the same loyalty program with your business partners, where you can only use either the same consumer cards and data about customers, with credit commitments to customers recorded in consortium stores covering each member of the consortium for itself, or the broadest form of consortia where customer bonuses earned in retail stores of any member of the consortium can be used again in stores of any member of the consortium.

Consumer cards can be made independently with all the elements of your own design (with our help about technical features), or you can leave it to us with a minimum fee for the cost of the card.

Fiscal devices

We are involved in the fiscalization process of the Federation of BiH from its planning, and in the early stages we provided support for devices of all relevant manufacturers for our POS and ERP applications.

We are certified for the maintenance and distribution of fiscal devices of the following companies: Config Ltd. Mostar, ERP Consulting Ltd. Sarajevo and Tring Ltd. Gračanica.

VOIP

Voice over Internet Protocol

A classic, analog telephony marked the 20th century and changed the way we operate economy and business. However, the emergence and spread of the Internet access requirements and user expectations have changed, which exposed the weaknesses of analog telephony, and the technologies adapted to digitization of communication. Thus digital technologies as VoIP, instant messaging, e-mail communication and similar services combine into a single platform that is denoted by the term Unified Communications (UC).

Our UC solution run accurate and reliable open-source technologies, which are focused on Linux and Asterisk, and consists of the following components:

  • IP telephony (VoIP) with a PABX (PBX)
  • Fax server
  • Instant messaging server
  • Mail server
  • Video conferencing
  • CRM platfor
  • Call center

UC platform is implemented on a central server/computer, on which the connection is set to the local telecoms (via ISDN or SIP connections) and which is installed on all system components. Services are supported by equipment of proven and trusted brands such as IBM servers, Cisco phones, switches, digital / analog routers, Digium T1 / E1 / ISDN phone cards.

The primary benefits of UC are:

  • Detailed cost control: cumulatively or individually by extensions, via a reporting module (billing module)
  • Restricting calls by extension: abroad, long-distance lines, cell phones, and the like.
  • Sending and receiving faxes via standard fax machines, as well as via e-mail, which significantly improves performance, but also brings savings due to less printing documents (fax server module)
  • A simple review of the status and configuration through the website
  • Full integration with our additional web products such as Call Center and Service department (Customer Care, Login failures, Service departments network)
  • High ability to increase the capacity of the system, ie. the number of users and extensions
  • Automated configuration of telephones of leading brands such as Cisco, Polycom and others (provisioning)

UC platform is proven in numerous installations for medium size clients (several hundreds of users). High level of reliability and minimal problems during several years of work are comparable to analog telephony, but with many benefits and added features not possible with analog telephony.
